We appreciate you supporting our small Combat Army Veteran business. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at customerservice@essentialholsters.com.
RETURNS:
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@essentialholsters.com to obtain a prepaid return label. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges that will be dedicated from your refund. Any and all shipping fees are non refundable.
REFUNDS:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification when your return and refund has been processed.
EXCHANGES:
For an exchange, you must contact Essential Holsters to obtain an RMA for the exchange. *Please note if you do not have an RMA, no refund or exchange will be processed.* You are responsible for all shipping fees.
EXCEPTIONS:
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
